2. Subscription & Payments

• Subscription Fee: The subscription fee is $12 per month (12 US Dollars), billed automatically.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
• Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment provider. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge you using your chosen payment method.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. If changes occur, subscribers will be notified in advance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings.
• No Refunds: Since our service provides digital content, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. Once a payment has been processed, the service will continue until the end of that billing cycle.
• Subscription Termination: We reserve the right to terminate a subscription if payment fails or if we suspect fraudulent activity

4. Termination & Liability

We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your subscription at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Additionally, we are not responsible for any emotional distress, attachment, or disappointment that may arise due to the cancellation of your subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your participation is at your discretion and risk.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content provided by Better With Romance, including love letters, designs, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Company.
• Subscribers or any other person, company, or entity may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or republish any part of the love letters without prior written permission.

6. The Fictional Nature of Our Service

• The love letters are written by D., a fictional character. D. is not a real person, and all letters are crafted by a team of writers.
• The service is for entertainment and personal enjoyment and should not be interpreted as personal communication from an individual.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and process subscriber data only to provide our service.
• Personal information, including email addresses, will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to the Terms

9. Delivery Schedule

Subscribers will receive one romantic letter per week, typically delivered on Sundays. If a subscription begins on a Sunday, the first letter will be sent the following Sunday. No additional letters will be sent outside of this weekly schedule.
